Commercial Fit-Out
Head offices, retail and hospitality on programmes measured in weeks, usually inside live buildings. Floors are laser-scanned before joinery release, so the joinery arrives already correct.

Exclusions are negotiable. Writing them down is what keeps the tender price and the final account within shouting distance of each other.
