Slow at the start, fast where it counts.
Our namesake is nature's civil engineer. It reads the river before it touches a branch, and what it builds redirects the water. Fifteen years in, we still work in that order.

Survey
Geotech, utilities, access and constraints, read before we price. A surprise found now costs a survey crew. Found later, it costs a claim.

Engineer
Nothing goes near a crane before it has been through the model. A clash on screen costs an hour of a coordinator's time.

Build
Daily reports, weekly look-aheads, supervisors we grow slowly on purpose. Sites run on cadence, not heroics.

The keys come with the manuals, the as-built model, and a phone number that keeps answering after practical completion.
