In scope
- Partitions, ceilings and flooring
- Bespoke joinery and millwork
- MEP alterations and lighting design
- AV and low-voltage coordination
- Snagging and soft landing
Not included
- Loose furniture procurement
- IT hardware
Exclusions are negotiable. Writing them down is what keeps the tender price and the final account within shouting distance of each other.
