In scope

- Deep utilities and drainage
- Roadworks and pavements
- Retaining structures
- Hardscape and site works
Not included
- Utility authority connection charges
- Land survey mandates
Exclusions are negotiable. Writing them down is what keeps the tender price and the final account within shouting distance of each other.
